The room comes fully furnished and will be ready for the right person to move in early July. Please get in touch if you are even looking for something in the near future! Short term and long term lets will both be considered.

The house doesn’t have a lounge, however the kitchen is very spacious and enough room for everyone to socialise in. Linen and towels can be provided as an extra. Very comfortable mattress provided. Communal area includes a big kitchen that is fully equipped.

The house is located very centrally. A short walk away from the tram stop at York Place and a stones throw away from Broughton Street.

All bills are included, so no need to take personal commitments with contracts and everything is one monthly price. Superfast broadband provided!

I am live out landlord, however I am on 24 hour emergency call out to the house incase anything goes wrong and live a short walk away should you ever need me.

The house and rooms were recently refurbished and you will walk into a fresh and clean room with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of sunlight.

My policy is to receive 4 weeks deposit that will be reimbursed at the end of the let.
