The room is fully furnished with a comfortable small-double bed, desk, wardrobe, and comes with fresh bed linen and towels. It’s an ideal space for someone looking for a calm and comfortable stay.

What’s included:

- Access to kitchen only for cold meal prep and eating in (no cooking)

Price:
2 night a week = £550 a month
3 night per week = £700 a month
4 night per week = £800 a month

I can also offer full rentals Mo-Sunday for short stays like a month or so. Monthly rent inc bills £1000

By the sea, is only 20 minutes on the bus from town centre- there is a bus stop right outside.
