A bright, cosy small double room with private bathroom (and car park) in a modern, quiet flat. The room comes with a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, fresh bed linen & towels. Access to kitchen is limited to only light meal prep (not full cooking) and dining (living room area is private).
Details:
- up 2 nights a week = £450 a month
- 3 nights a week = £550 a month
Other arrangements can be offered too but no full time long term tenants.
