I have a spacious double room with its own private bathroom (adjacent to the room) available to rent. The room is bright and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a desk, chest of drawers and there is a built-in wardrobe.

My house is a large, comfortable 4 bedroom family home in a quiet residential area on the Southside near Blackford Hill and the Hermitage of the Braids.

At the back of the property, there is a sunny garden with a table and chairs and a Weber BBQ which you are welcome to use.

You would be sharing the house with myself, my well trained and friendly golden retriever and 2 cats.

My house is conveniently situated to the city centre and the university ... you can walk into Princes Street in 40 mins and Kings Buildings in less than 10 mins . There is an excellent bus service as well.

There is off street parking available on the property.

Non-students will have to pay a contribution to council tax ....students do not pay council tax.
