Room available: 20 minutes from Haymarket

Hello!
I am looking looking for someone to rent this flat with me. It's ex Airbnb, but the owner wants to lease it monthly. The owner has confirmed that they will lease it to me, and allowed me to find someone to share this awesome place. You would be a sub-tenant, renting the room from me with the consent of the landlord. I've lived here for three years now and the landlord has said he plans to continue letting to me for a few years.

It has been furnished to a very high standard. There is a new-ish washing machine, dryer, shower and even a dishwasher! The bedroom in the pictures would be yours.

I'm a professional working regular hours from home. I'm sociable and laid back, and respect that people need their own space. Hopefully you will be okay about doing a fair share of chores and contributing to communal costs. At the weekend you'll likely find me curled up in a coffee shop with a book.

The flat is a twenty minute walk from Haymarket Station, twelve minutes by bike.
