Sunny Room in a Fantastic Flat

We are are renting a fantastic single bedroom in a huge Victorian flat, available from the 20th of August 2026. We are very close to the city centre (20 minute walk to High St.) and we have a wonderful view to the hill of Arthur Seat. The flat has a homey atmosphere! It is one of the few flats in the area that hasn't been divided up into smaller bits. It also means that it has a very classic style. There is a lot of vintage furniture, old dark floorboards and colourful decoration.

Generally, the flat is very cosy. There are 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table, a living room a shower room, and bathroom.

It's a very unique flat and a very lovely place to stay. We are chatty, welcoming, clean and tidy.

We are next door to Summerhall and the Meadows. The hill of Arthur Seat is also ten minutes away on foot. Our area has plenty of super markets and grocery stores.

We are looking for someone who is sociable but relatively quiet and respectful of other people’s privacy. Our aim is to maintain a homey atmosphere where flatmates communicate and are respectful of each other.
