From September 2024 minimum 10 months, contracts are a minimum term then rolling monthly with a months notice. Stay as long as you need and HMO flats next door for graduates at same rates.

We have one building for students and one identical building next door at 37 Pennywell Rd EH4 4QR for working young professional tenants and older students. Options for older mature students. Please get in touch to discuss.

There are 6 flats in the building, each flat has 6 rooms, sharing with a mixture of males and females , large communal lounge kitchen for social time. You will have to take part in a weekly cleaning rota. The accommodation is quiet with a good atmosphere and would suit mature minded individuals.
