I have a small room with a double bed in a huge flat (five bedrooms) at the top of Easter Road close to its junction with London Road becoming available to let on 9th December

The flat is on two levels..

On the first level there is a large kitchen/dining-room with three fridge freezers, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, etc., a large lounge, a bathroom with an electric shower and two large bedrooms.

On the upper floor there are a further three bedrooms,

It is fully compliant with all HMO regulations.

You would be sharing with one female and two males, both of whom are working professionals.

The rent for theroom is £400pm and the council tax is £40pm. Even if you are a student you would need to pay council tax because the people currently staying in the flat are non-students.

The minimum length of stay is 6 MONTHS please don't waste your time and mine by asking if you can stay for one semester i. e. until December, you can't.

I am a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay. My landlord registration nbr is 07400/30/18580.

No smokers (incl vapers) & no animals please.

A guarantor who is a UK citizen is required
