Welcome to my wee main door flat in Polwarth, right next to the Union Canal.

Despite being on the street it is quiet and peaceful, with the bedroom looking out onto the shared garden and union canal.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave and built in cooker. There are lots of kitchen utensils.

Since the photos were taken we have put in new flooring and there is a new gas boiler. The sofa is also new and there will be a new mattress on the bed. Some bedding is provided so it really is in walk in condition!
