the apartment is walking distance from napier and heriot watt uni. and only 25 minutes by bus to princess street ,bust stop is outside the apartment and tram station is 10 minutes walk, there is hermiston gate shopping centre also next to the tram station. the apartment has double glazed windows and gas central heating.
