Room in the old town

Hi, and thanks so much for taking a look at my spare room.

The flat is in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, just a short walk from the Grassmarket and close to Princes Street and Waverley train station. It’s a brilliant central location with great transport links, shops, cafés, and everything you might need nearby.

The room has recently been decorated and is a small double. It comes with a large wardrobe, and I’m happy to remove any furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own.

The flat is on the second floor and has two bedrooms (one is mine), a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We also have WiFi and Virgin TV.

I’m easy-going, friendly, and respectful, and I get on well with most people. I do appreciate a bit of quiet time too, so it would be lovely to find someone who’s considerate and relaxed, where we both feel comfortable and at home in the space.

Meeting and viewing in person is important, as the flat is rented through a housing association and some additional paperwork and references will be required. The process usually takes around a month from submission, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your move.
