The flat is located in the Old Town of Edinburgh, just a stones throw from the Grassmarket and a short walk to Princess Street/Waverley train station.
Being in town there are excellent transport links and many amenities close by.
The room has recently been decorated. It is a small double and is furnished with a large wardrobe, however any items of furniture can be removed.
The flat is located on the second floor, and inside there is 2 bedrooms (one mine) a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
There is also WiFi and virgin tv.
I am easy going and get along with most people however like everyone, I need a bit time to myself. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but I’m not a clean freak.
It would be nice to find a good fit where both of us feel like our space and time is respected.
