We have 2 rooms available in an old fashioned Edwardian stone guest house on the beach in the seaside district of Portobello which is 20 minutes by bus from Princes Street.
There are 2 rooms available on the ground floor, both have private shower and wc en-suite. You will share the ground floor and a living room and kitchen with other guests or residents.
The upper floors belong to the landlord and his family.
Everyone shares the front door access. The garden is available for use and the garden gate leads directly to the sea.
Bills are included in the price.
We are looking for tidy, clean and helpful guests who clean the kitchen immediately after use and who clean the dining table and living room after use.
Couples are welcome to apply. The largest room is especially suitable for couples. Furniture can be removed or adjusted.
This is a friendly and cozy home in a very popular neighbourhood on the sea front.
