The flat will be shared with female professional (44 years young) who is the live in landlord and 2 very friendly cats. I work from home and I’m looking to share with another professional. Non smoker please. Sorry no pets( there is enough craziness already in the flat), couples or students.

An excellent place to live in a lovely quiet development and is within easy reach of the city centre by either bus or car. The rear of the flat overlooks the Ferry Road Cycle path and is just a short walk to Inverleith park. Located just a few minutes walk is a large Morrison’s supermarket and also Ainslie park leisure centre. Easy walk to the Western General hospital.
