The kitchen looks out to the large gardens behind the flat. There's an electric shower. It's right bang next to the beautiful Meadows

The flat has been rented out for many years and the bathroom is in need of a facelift, but it is cheap and functional, it has been painted nicely and has artwork in the hallways there's fast broadband and a kitchen diner with dining table and comfortable chairs which is large enough for a few people to have dinner. There's loads of pots and plans cooking facilities and it's right next to the amazing restaurants on Brougham Place the Cameo Cinema, King's Theatre loads of pubs and bars and supermarkets and close to all the Tollcross shops.
2 minutes from the beautiful Meadows.
The rooms are furnished with double beds, rugs, desk 2x chest of drawers and wardrobes, there are lovely curtains already there so all you need is your bedding and you can move Most people who see this advert over the years have decided to move in so it must be OK :)
There is good broadband, there are electric heaters. Rent includes council tax. And all bills :)
