I currently have a bright and spacious double room to rent in my two bed flat. It is a top floor flat, which means the room has great views of Arthur's seat!

The room is furnished with a double bed, storage unit and a huge built-in double wardrobe. The flat is bright and well insulated, with plenty of storage space. It is a safe and quiet building, access is through secure door entry.

The flat is located in a quiet area and is 100m from the bus stop where buses run every 5-10 minutes to the city centre. It is only 15 minutes to Princes Street and 17 minutes to Portobello beach. If you have a car, a parking space is included in the rent. All bills are included in the rent.

Ideally I am looking for a professional to rent long term (min 6 months).

I would like to create a living space that is friendly, respectful and comfortable, a place that feels like home.
