Bright and Airy Room with Own Bathroom

Hi, thanks for taking a look at my advert.

I’m looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my flat. You’ll have your own private bathroom with a shower, along with access to the shared living room and kitchen areas.

The flat is fully furnished, and I’m happy to discuss arranging any additional furniture if needed. The bedroom includes:

• Double bed
• Built-in double wardrobe
• Desk
• Drawer unit

There is plenty of free, unallocated parking available if you drive. The transport links are also excellent, with a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away. The quickest route into town takes approximately 15–20 minutes depending on traffic.

A little about me:

You’d be sharing the flat with me – I’m a 30-year-old professional with an active lifestyle. Outside of work I spend a lot of my time running, at the gym, cycling, and generally keeping busy.

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally another professional or a final-year student, although I’m happy to consider different situations so feel free to get in touch. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and who takes care of shared spaces by cleaning up after themselves.

Electricity and heating bills are split equally, averaging around £50 per month.
