Bright and Airy Room with Own Bathroom

Hello and thank you for looking at my advert.

I am looking for a flatmate to take one the second bedroom in my flat. You will have the use of your own bathroom with a shower as well as the shared space in the living room and kitchen. The property is fully furnished and I can arrange for any other furniture required. The bedroom comes with a double bed, a built in double wardrobe a desk and a drawer unit.

There is ample of free, unallocated parking if you drive or the transport links are fantastic, with the bus stop only 1 minute away and the quickest bus in to town takes about 15/20 min, depending on traffic.

You’d be sharing the flat with me. I’m a 30 year old professional. I’m very active, always out running, in the gym or cycling in my free time.

Who I am looking for:

Someone who is also a professional or a final year student but will consider your situation so don’t hesitate to ask. Tidying up after yourself and keeping what you use clean is a must.

Electricity and Heating bills split equally, average £50pm.
