Bright and Airy En-Suite Room

Hello and thank you for looking at my advert.

I am looking for a flatmate to take on the master bedroom in my flat with en-suite. You will have the use of your own bathroom with a shower as well as the shared space in the living room and kitchen. The property is fully furnished and I can arrange for any other furniture required. The bedroom comes with a king size bed and a built in double wardrobe.

There is ample of free, unallocated parking if you drive or the transport links are fantastic, with the bus stop only 1 minute away and the quickest bus in to town takes about 15/20 min, depending on traffic.

Who you’ll be sharing with:
Your flatmate will be a 27 year old professional, working as a Dentist at a local hospital. Working long days means that peace at home is important but at the weekends I’m more keen to socialise, go out for dinner and maybe a drink!

Who I am looking for:

Someone who is also a professional or a final year student but will consider your situation so don’t hesitate to ask. Tidying up after yourself and keeping what you use clean is a must.
Otherwise I am easy going about sharing meals or going for walks together, whatever suits you, I am happy either way!
