Double room in lovely West End flat

The people...
We are all professionals, and therefore enjoy a quiet, clean flat. We like flat dinners and socialising... but are equally very respectful of each other's space and need for sleep! We have a cleaning rota and it's expected that everyone does their part! Mature students considered but we aren't looking for a party animal :) there's one couple (we're from here), a part time flatmate and a full time flatmate - we are all chill and enjoy a bottle of wine (or whisky) once in a while.

The flat...
The flat is a good size; you'll enjoy a lovely light double bedroom, a big shared living-room, shared kitchen and we have a big bathroom too. There's also a wee room with the washing machine and an extra loo. The place has been done up to a decent spec. Your room has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an Edinburgh press which is handy storage too.

Also, we have two cats; Haggis and Neeps. So we basically live in their house.
