This lovely room sits at the back of the property overlooking the communal garden. The room has a king size bed, bed side table, chest of drawers and large storage unit with drawers, hanging space, desk space and cupboards. The room also has its own sink. It is located next to the main bathroom. This bathroom will be shared with the landlords.

The flat is ideally located only 20 minutes walk away from the city centre, this main-door flat is within easy reach of all amenities. It is very close to Arthur’s seat, Holyrood park and Calton hill. A well presented, large and fully equipped property with a homely feel. The living room consists of comfortable sofa with a small dining table. The kitchen has all the mod-cons and a dining table. There is a communal garden to the back and a private front garden/patio.

We are ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is tidy and considerate. We are two guys (a couple) that enjoy cooking, creativity, socialising and fitness. We both usually work at office/studio Mon-Fri 8-5pm so are ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern. After work we like to work out, go for a run, cook and chill. We have another room that is currently available to rent so you would be sharing the flat with 3 others.

Rent is £1100 which includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricty and wifi). A deposit of £900 would be required, which would be returned at the end of your stay. This room is available from the beginning of January 27.
