The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers and a huge built-in double wardrobe. There is also a desk and chair available if you would like it in the room. The flat is bright and well insulated, with plenty of storage space. The building is very quiet and access to the flat is through secure door entry only.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area and is 100m from the bus stop where buses run every 5-10 minutes to the city centre. It is only 15 minutes to Princes Street and 17 minutes to Portobello beach. Bills are included in the rent.
