Double room to rent in top floor sunny flat on a leafy street in Hillside. The flat is a 15 minute walk to Princes street and nestled between the top of Easter road and Elm Row - coffee shops galore!

The flat was freshly renovated when I moved in and is pretty high spec. Being top floor it gets lovely light and has double glazing and a very economical heating/electric system. There’s a well maintained shared garden and our neighbours are pretty friendly. There is also permit parking outside.

Looking for a flat mate who could become a buddy too - someone who is respectful, fun and similarly minded. I’m pretty social and love anything foodie related or wine related. I manage a jewellery shop and keep pretty busy, I also like keeping fit and go to Tribe studio which is a 5 minute walk from the flat. In contrast I like my down time and I’m usually down for a takeaway and Netflix binge. The flat is very homely and I would love to share it with someone that wants to make it their own space too!
