Bills incl. Meadowbank spareroom :)

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a new housemate to rent out my spare room in my flat in Meadowbank, Edinburgh. Looking for someone to move from June 1st.

The flat is in a great location with lots of local amenities in the area: Meadowbank Retail Park, Bellfield Brewery, and Meadowbank Leisure Centre! It's right next to Arthur's Seat and Hollyrood Park, and only a 30min walk to the city centre. There's bus stop just around the corner with great links to the city!

The room is lovely, with huge windows, all fully furnished with lots of storage, and double bed, smart TV, desk & chair, clothes airer, shoe rack... all you need to pack is your toothbrush!! Lol

In the flat you'll get your own bathroom with bath and shower. There's big kitchen and living area with a range of modern appliances. Theres also secure bike storage in the basement of the building and a lift to get you around the building - makes moving in so much easier!!

Bills are included (council tax, electric, gas, TV licence, WiFi & building fees). There is permitted on street parking, however the restrictions end only a short walk away, so you could easily park for free.

A bit about me - I'm a 28 young professional working in an environment role within the energy sector. I love to go hiking (munro bagging) cook, socialise, go to the pub, gigs, working out. I also have a great houseplant collection, and happy for you to bring some along too!

It would be great to find someone with similar interests, someone who is relatively outgoing and chatty, up for going for a coffee, a pint or just to hang out every now and again - but also tidy and reliable too
