Hey! I have a single room to rent in a big, sunny, warm flat in Gorgie. The flat is fully furnished with a large bathroom, a living/dining room, and a kitchen. The room has a single bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is located a short walk from the Union Canal, 5 mins from a big Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi and a gym with plenty of bus stops that will take you into the centre of Edinburgh within 30 mins.

I am a 22-year-old female veterinary student (graduate in July) who enjoys a quiet, tidy home. I'm social and outgoing, but I spend most of my time working or at the gym. My current flatmate is also graduating and is moving out at the end of May. I would love a new flatmate who is tidy, social and quiet to move in, young professionals and students welcome. I am also Coeliac, so there is a separate toaster and area in the kitchen to stay gluten-free.
