Hello,

Looking for a flatemate to share my cozy 2nd floor flat for the academic year. Has a shared kitchen and bathroom and room is furnished. The flat is in the heart of the city - minutes from the lovely The Meadows and the bustling West End - and a 10 minute walk from the main George Square Edinburgh Uni campus. Is on a main street with bus stops right outside. With plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep.

Bills are all included (broadband, gas/electricity).
Zone permit parking (Application and payment to Edinburgh City Council). With fuel increase in winter there would be an additional £20 per month cost.

I’m a friendly, easy going part-time professional/part-time postgrad female in my thirties. I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s cycling or hiking and also enjoy relaxed evenings in cooking or watching a film.

Would appreciate someone who enjoys more of a homely vibe. And who is clean and tidy. Would particularly suit a postgraduate student. Open to someone with a cat.
