Cozy double room in central Edinburgh - from now

Looking for a flatemate to share my cozy 2nd floor flat. The room is available from April 2024. Has a shared kitchen and bathroom and room is furnished. No living room. The flat is in the heart of the city - minutes from the lovely Meadows park and the bustling West End - and a 10 minute walk from the main George Square Edinburgh Uni campus. Is on a main street with bus stops right outside. With plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep.

Bills included - except for electricity which is split separately
Zone permit parking (Application and payment to Edinburgh City Council).

I’m a friendly, easy going student/part-time professional female in my thirties. I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s cycling or hiking and also enjoy relaxed evenings in cooking or watching a film.

Would appreciate someone who is respectful of personal space and who is clean and tidy. Would particularly suit a PhD/Masters student.

The flat is queer friendly and inclusive.
