- Bedroom for rent
I have a double bedroom to rent in my newly renovated flat in North Leith/Trinity.
I will be a live in landlord but I’m usually only in the flat Monday-Thursday and on those days I’m out working (physio) so you will basically have the flat to yourself most of the time so I’m looking for somebody reliable who will look after the place.
There is a spare room that my current flatmate uses as her office so that is free to use and I also have a sofa bed in there which you are welcome to use if you have anyone to stay :)
The flat is well located with great bus connections throughout the city, good location for supermarkets/shops and near beaches, parks etc. There is also free on street parking.
Happy to rent out short or long term. Council tax is £60 per month each and gas and electricity varies from £25-50 each summer/winter. WiFi is included.
