3 bed terraced house, (I wasn’t able to change the ad. it is not 7 beds!!), suit a student or professional. There is fast Wi-Fi access throughout the house and garden, central heating, double glazing. A quiet and cosy home to study in. Private parking in the parking area in front of the house. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and dining area looking out to the garden. Nature Reserve outside back garden gate. Shared with myself and my recently graduated Grandson.
We have a young cat, Molly, she loves everyone!

Buses to Edinburgh, station and City & University buildings: nos. 3 and 29 takes about 15-20 mins. door to door. Morrisons supermarket and bus stop is a 5 mins. walk from the house. A no. 18 bus goes directly to the airport and takes just under 1 hour.

Rent is £600 paid monthly in advance by online bank standing order. All tility bills included and a share of Council Tax is paid monthly if you are not a student.
No smoking, no pets and sorry no visitors to the house, Please socialise outside of the house as it is a home and quiet space to relax and study.🥰
