Charming garden room in Broughton

Room available from end of Sept 2026 to Jan 2027 with possibility to extend stay.

The room is £600 a month and the bills are £200 per month (£85 for council tax, £15 for wifi and £100 for gas and electric) essentially £800 a month all in.

The bedroom has a 3/4 bed (bedding/linen can be included if needed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, desk and chair. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared spaces.
I’m originally from Edinburgh but half Spanish. I’m happy to have a wee chat or give you your space etc. I work partly in office and partly from home.

The flat is usually clam and peaceful day to day. A clean flatmate is important to me as I like to keep things looking pretty. I don’t allow guests for overnight stays which I understand won’t work for everyone.

The property has external security cameras at the front and back garden door.
