Double room for single person in small house, garden, free parking. House is located in very quite, cul-de-sac. 5 min walk from Fort Kinnard, good bus connection. Kitchen, bathroom, big wardroob in room. No cooking after 11 pm

Rent is from today April to end of June 2026 , possibly longer

THIS ROOM IS FOR SINGLE PERSON, SORRY NO COUPLE!

I am middle aged profesional working a lot of hours. I do full time accounting job with wednesday and thursdy working from office other days working from home. 3 Weekends per month i work in social care , so house is empty on many occasions I sleep 3 nights per week week home other nights usually I am away.

I am very quite person, peace and mutual respect is very important too me. This is not a place for party, no smoking.

I am kin on outdoor activities especially kayaking.
Please reply with few words about yourself , what is your daily routine, which hours you work and what you are looking for.
House is very warm and street is very safe.
There is no place to eat as kitchen is very small and no living room available.

My previous lodger was from Zimbabwe and was staying with me for almost 3 years . House is small and so we need to respect quiet especially in late hours . No parties or hanging friends . I will try my best to respect your peace and please respect mine

I will not rent a room on the basis on distant communication. I would like to meet you face to face so we have a chance to meet first.
