The flat on a residential street in Stenhosue so is quiet. It is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop to get the 1, 2 or 22 into town.
The room has plenty of storage and a desk for any work/study. It also has a garden to enjoy.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and to look after the place. I am looking for a professional please. This is not a party house. I'd like to review after 6 months, if both happy I'm happy to continue the lease.
I'm a live in landlord who works 8-5, I love hiking, being outdoors and to travel. I'm often at the gym and yoga enjoy heading out for drinks or having nice dinners at home. I'm happy to have the occasional drink/coffee together but also to respect each other's space.
