Double room in prime Polwarth

I have a double room available in Polwarth.

A big window with plenty of natural light in the morning makes it a cosy, well lit space, preferably for a young professional like me. There's also a very well equipped kitchen and a bay-windowed sitting room.

I lead a very busy life, and an active social one, so I'm really looking for someone similar. I don't mind if you prefer to keep your own company, but we would be sharing the sitting room.

The flat is on a very quiet road with no traffic two minutes from the cinema and gym at Fountain Park, a five minute walk from the restaurants and independent shops of Bruntsfield Place and ten minutes from the green space of The Meadows.
