Airy double room in a new residential development, with secure access to the building. The room has sole access to the main 3 piece washroom in the flat. There is a double bed with premium mattress, bedside drawer, mirror and double door wardrobe, desk and chair in the room. Morrisons, Lidl, B&M and other amenities close by. Frequent bus service to the city center ( takes about 20 mins) with bus stop just outside the building. The airport bus goes through the route with the station at 5 minutes walk. Close to the Silverknowes and Cramond beach.

There is a bike storage in the building and parking is available.

The bills for WiFi, and building charges (amounts to £57 persons). Council Tax( £74 per person) Gas, electricity come out at £40 per person monthly.

I am a professional based in Edinburgh, working from home most of the days. I enjoy the outdoors ( unless it is absolutely pouring), gym, travel, yoga. I’m a vegetarian but okay for the flatmate not to be. Alcohol, drugs and partying is not permitted in the flat. The place is brand new, airy and gets a lot of sun (when it’s out).
