This is Ishanee. I have a flat in IQ Fountainbridge student accommodation which will be available from 1st April . My flat is well ventilated with a nice view to the road side. The flat is very well located(just beside FountainPark). FountainPark has famous eating place such as Nando's, heavenly desert(for sweets), starbucks, Pizza Hut, Tenpin, Trampoline, Cinemax etc. The Papa John's Pizza is placed below the flat which is very very convenient. The price for an silver-ensuite flat is 190 pounds/week including all bills. The house will be from 1st April to August 21st. If anyone interested let me know. The Tesco and Sainsbury is just 5 mins walk from Accomodation. The accomodation is only for the students
