🛏️This bedroom is well lit, newly carpeted, and furnished with a desk, chair, shelves, and coat hooks. It has a small double bed with a spacious double wardrobe and is available from the 14th of September.

🛋️🪩The shared living room has a big cosy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with a brand new fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing/drying machine.🚿The newly fitted bathroom has a large dual-head shower and plenty of cabinet space. The hallway contains extra storage for luggage, etc. The flat is newly insulated with full double glazing and heated with gas so heating costs are low. The WiFi is speedy (250+ mbps) and included in the rent.

Shared garden and allotment spaces, plus a communal clothesline drying area are also available.🪴There is lots of parking space available in our quiet cul-de-sac area.🚗 All rooms have fire doors, fire alarms and an integrated ceiling ventilation system throughout the entire flat.

🍰🪴**A bit more about us** - we are a flat of three girls who have lived happily for three years now! :) Two of us are medical students and one is a PhD student, so we would prefer another student to join us, unless you wouldn't mind covering the council tax (band C).
📺 We enjoy chilling together e. g., cooking, baking, watching shows, sharing meals, playing board games, etc, but also enjoy our own quiet wind-down time.
