Double room & private bathroom in city centre!

I have a very comfy double room & private bathroom available in my flat based in Leith - all bills included 😊

The flat is on the first floor, there is an elevator, free parking, bike storage and a fitness suite within the estate. The property is 5 mins from a central bus stop, 10 minutes from a tram stop, as well as being on the edge of Pilrig Park - perfect for barbecues in the sunshine! There is easy access to the Water of Leith paths which are perfect for runners and cyclists, keen to explore new parts of the city.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside tables, one large rug, a large wardrobe with full length and a chair. I have an en-suite so you will have mostly private access to the main bathroom.

The living room is very spacious with a large corner sofa, a tv with many subscriptions etc. There is also a large dining table with room for 6 on the opposite end.

I am a 29 year old Chocolatier which means the flat comes with free chocolate 24/7 but also that during the work day, my kitchen is used for recipe testing (my commercial kitchen is up north so I do travel regularly). The preference is for someone who won’t be working from home everyday or who understands that during those times, the kitchen is out of action for a few hours.
I often dogsit for my brother so dog-friendly is also essential!

All bills included. Preferably looking for shorter lets but for the right person will consider longer lets. Couples considered but there will be an additional fee for two and only for short-term.
