August room & bathroom in city centre!

I have a very comfy double room & private bathroom available in my flat based in Leith - all bills included 😊

The flat is on the first floor, there is an elevator, free parking, bike storage and a fitness suite within the estate. The property is 5 mins from a central bus stop, 10 minutes from a tram stop, as well as being on the edge of Pilrig Park - perfect for barbecues in the sunshine! There is easy access to the Water of Leith paths which are perfect for runners and cyclists, keen to explore new parts of the city.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside tables, one large rug, a large wardrobe with full length mirror, a desk (upgraded since these photos were taken) and a chair. I have an en-suite so you will have private access to the main bathroom other than the occasional bath and guests will use this too.

The living room is very spacious with a large corner sofa, a tv with many subscriptions etc. There is also a large dining table with room for 6 on the opposite end.

I am a 29 year old Ops Manager who works fully from home with periods of travel. I also run my own confectionary company which means the flat comes with free chocolate 24/7!

Occasionally I dogsit for my brother so dog-friendly is necessary!

All bills included. Will consider shorter/longer lets. Couples considered but there will be an additional fee for two.

My current flatmate is moving to London for the beginning of August so the room will be available from the 2nd.
