Furnished bedroom and main bathroom

I am looking for a new flatmate to move into my flat from the start of March. Date can be flexible. This would preferably be a working professional who is very clean and tidy like myself. I also have a quiet, well trained husky who stays at home while I’m at work. Not suitable for working from home as there is no desk space.

The room is furnished with a double ottoman bed (not the single bed in the pic) which was bought lat year. There is also a private main bathroom as I have the en-suite. The flat is situated just south of the city, near the Royal Infirmary, with an easy 30 min bus journey to the city centre. The flat is a new build property which was unfurnished when I moved in so all of the furniture is mine which I am happy to be shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, which I’m also happy to share as there is not much cupboard space for a second set of crockery etc. There is also a balcony.

There is a shared kitchen, open plan living room/dining area, as well as plenty of storage. The street also has plenty of parking spaces.

I am looking for another professional female to live with, no students.
