The flat is a first floor flat. It has 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a good sized kitchen, separate living room, main bathroom and bath/shower, and a second ensuite toilet in the main bedroom. It is fully furnished and has 2 parking spaces - one of which could be for the use of the tenant.

The bedroom available to rent has a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table, and a chest of drawers. It has south facing windows so gets good daylight.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. I am not accepting people who work from home. I work at home on Mondays and Fridays and go to the office 3 days a week. I’m laid back, social, enjoy being active and keep myself busy.
