Centrally located room with Private Bathroom

Hello,

I am looking for a female flatmate to take a double bedroom in the apartment from July 2026. The room is spacious, gets a generous amount of natural light, and comes with a private bathroom.

The apartment is centrally located; Tesco Superstore is an 8-minute walk away, and both Princes Street and Waverley train station are within 15 minutes on foot.

Ideally, I am looking for a female professional with regular working hours (9–5) who likes to keep shared spaces, especially the kitchen, clean and tidy. I am easygoing and totally understand that life gets busy, so I don't mind if dishes sit out for a few hours.

I'm a quiet person who enjoys having time to myself, but I also love socialising and doing things together. I'm vegetarian, and I don't drink or smoke.
