It's a small double room in a homely flat, with large living room, kitchen diner and a wee garden which is lovely when the suns out!
It's 5-10 mins walk from Hollyrood Park, 20 mins walk to Portobello and 20 mins to Easter road. Great bus links to the centre (15 mins) and very close to a big supermarket (Morrisons). Close to Meadowbank Leisure Centre also.
I'm looking for someone considerate, clean and friendly, and it's essential that you are a cat lover as he may insist on sleeping under your bed! I work in healthcare and commute most days of the week (WFH 1-2 days), and tend to be away early and back late-ish so the flat is pretty quiet most of the time. Not suitable for couples or party animals, sorry!
