I have a spare double room to rent up to a max of 2 months. I am only looking to rent the room on a short term basis - open to discuss the duration. Rent includes all bills.
The main bedroom (mine) has an en-suite, so the spare room has full access to the bathroom. This is a fourth floor flat (with lift access), balcony and views of Arthur's Seat and Calton Hill.
The building includes secure cycle storage if required.
McDonald Road tram stop and Shrubhill bus stops are located at the end of the road (3 minute walk). The flat is located close to numerous bars and amenities on Leith Walk and Easter Road.
Spare room includes double bed, built in wardrobe and desk.
Bathroom includes a bath and shower.
Living Room/Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, TV (with Amazon, Netflix) and access to the balcony.
