I’m short letting my spare bedroom in my flat just a few minutes off Easter Rd. It is also 20/30min distance from central Edinburgh. There is a nice Lidl a few minutes away if you’ll be on a budget.
This is a bright spacious room on a ground floor level. My flat has a lot of room and storage. There is a bathroom and a toilet. It comes partially furnished but the basics are all there.
I have moved in August and have been redecorating it for the past few months. I am looking for someone organised who keeps things clean and tidy. Also who is looking to put up with me still furnishing and fixing small things around the flat.
I am pretty chilled, I work a lot - I am a Restaurant Manager - and not always at home. But I like a nice chat and long walks.
