Bright flat with private garden ( terasse barbecue, bench and table ).
Common kitchen/ bathroom and living room.
There is also a Dishwasher, a dryer and loads of bookshelves...
Driveway to park your car otherwise street is permit free.
You will be sharing the flat with a professional couple. Pretty chill, love going on walks and board games.

The flat is 25 minutes walk to Portobello, 25 minutes walk to the bottom of Leith walk.
