We have three double bedrooms to rent in our lovely cosy family home at the beautiful Waterfront area.
Your rent will include all bills, free Wi Fi, and access to the utility room, washing machine, kitchen, living room, and TV room.

Two of the rooms benifit from a shared family bathroom and a toilet within the utility room. While the other two rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms (one ensuite room is available now for rent while the other one will soon be available). All rooms have double built-in wardrobes.
Transportation: We have great connections to all parts of Edinburgh via bus services;
bus stops for services (9 and 22) are right in front of the house. Bus stops for other services, including 8, 19 , 16 and the airport express service 200, are about 5 minutes walk from the house.
The Granton beach is 5 minutes walk away , with beautiful waterfront walk paths and lovely beaches all within walking distances.

I am still a live-in landlord but in the process of moving to be a live-out landlord soon. (P. s.. a lucky lady will get my ensuite room with the beautiful ocean view!) - please get in touch for more details..

Occupants are expected to maintain the shared areas clean and tidy at all times. We also get a regular professional cleaning to make sure bathrooms, kitchen and shared spaces get the care and cleaning they need.

We are looking to host females only, for short or long stays.

**Double occupancy and friends invitations are not allowed.**

**Our home is alcohol and pork free.**

Our guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all kitchenware provided they keep everything clean and tidy.
