Double Room in a Two Bedroom Modern Flat. Females

Hi there,
Im looking to share my flat with another female, proffesional preferably but open to postgrad students.
Short lets 3 to 6 months or long term if it works well for both.
The flat is a modern property, great isolation and cheap to hit.
Its a double room with built in wardrobes.
The flat is to be shared with me, a proffesional 39 year old female, therefor I preffer to share with another female.
I like the commun areas tiddy, and we will take turns cleaning common spaces. I spend a fair amount of time abroad.
Im quite easygoing, but I like the house tiddy.
I will like to agree to a short term initially, about 3 months and if we both happy we could agree a longer stay.
