Double room to rent in Newington

Hello! I'm a 27yr old doctor with a double room available in my cosy flat with shared bathroom and kitchen/living area. The room will be empty from mid-July but can do August move-in for the right flatmate!
The flat is in an excellent location next to commonwealth pool, Arthur’s seat, and the meadows, and in only 20 mins walk to Edinburgh city centre. Pictures show the flat before furnishing, but the room now has double bed and large built-in wardrobes for storage. I will be living in the other double room, and there is a small box room/study that I plan to keep spare.
I'm looking for a fellow young professional who is chilled out, friendly, and likes taking care of our shared spaces. I like having a gossip and a cup of tea in the evenings, but also keep myself busy so will often be out and about enjoying the outdoors, a yoga class, or a nice coffee in my time off! My job means that I work varied shift patterns, so I like to have a cosy, homely environment to rest in.
