Hi,
We've got a great en-suite double room that would be ideal for a single person looking for a Festival base this August . (All bills included)

I live here with my wife, you get to use the living room and kitchen but need to be comfortable with the idea of living in a family home.

It's a light-filled top-floor Georgian flat in the New Town with a modern creative feel.

We're a stones throw from Stockbridge, minutes from George St, we don't have a private garden, you can enjoy 2 large and fantastic Communal Gardens. (On-street permit parking can be arranged if needed, but we tend to walk or cycle to most places)

We work in Sustainability and Design and are pretty easygoing.
