Lovely double bedroom by the Meadows

Looking for a new flatmate to move in mid December to a lovely spacious double room. Great location in Newington, just by the Meadows. It's a cosy 2 bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

I am somewhat sociable and looking for someone who would like to hang out now and then, cook some dinners together/go outdoors etc.. I also like time to myself and respect people's space.
I like cycling, arts & crafts, cooking, hiking, camping, running, watching films and foraging.

I work in Bilston monday-friday so I'm ideally looking for someone who also doesn't work from home full time.

Open to living with any gender, preferably aged between 23 and 32.
I'm vegan and I would like to live with someone who's veggie/vegan, or doesn't have meat in the flat too often :)
I'm considerate and keep shared areas tidy and would like to live with somebody similar to that. I don't smoke and would prefer a non smoker in the flat (but not judgey about it).

Bills are not included in the cost of the room. Council tax band C, approx £84.50/month each for 10 months of the year. WiFi is £11 each, gas & electricity £50 each per month (although not checked actual usage recently).

I moved in a few years ago and been enjoying the space a lot, it's a great location for shops, restaurants and pubs. Lots of bus routes nearby and a 15min walk to Waverley station. Tennis courts and leisure centres also within a 5/10 minute walk.
My current flatmate moved in two years ago and we've had a lovely time sharing this flat but she's sadly leaving soon to move back home.
