Double room in a doggy house

My name is Chloe, I’m 30 and have a spare room up for rent, £600 per a month. Female only house. The room is available from the 3rd week of June ish (there’s some wiggle room).

I’m looking for an animal lover as you would be sharing with me and my 4 year old Lab, Nova 🐾 She is super friendly and loves people and other dogs. Also I allow Nova on the sofa as she loves cuddles 🥰

Ideally I’d like a flatmate who would treat Nova as their own (taking her to the garden/feeding her if i’m not back on time and of course lots of belly rubs). I’d be willing to knock off the bills if you’d be happy to look after Nova once or twice a week when I’m working.

We have a private garden and shared space out the back with washing lines. Everyone in the stair is very friendly and sociable.

We have a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and of course 2 bedrooms. Your room has loads of storage with the built in wardrobes. A window facing the shared back green which is really well looked after.

The area- Craigentinny. 15 minute walk to Portobello beach, 20 minutes from Arthur seat, 30-40 minute walk into town. or 1 minute walk to bus stop with the option of a 19, 21, 49 or 25. Or 5-10 minute walk for the number 34.

I work in a Care Home in Cramond so when I’m working I’m out all day and I arrange care for Nova. Plus Im a student nurse so my schedule is variable.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy, I’d like someone who would do the same. I like to go on big dog walks and enjoy company on them, love music want to plan in some gigs this year and love a good film or series.
