Top floor tenement flat with open plan living room/kitchen, 1 shared bathroom. 10min walk from Meadowbank Retail Park (Sainsbury's etc.). Flat itself is furnished but the room is not. Gets a lot of light, high ceilings and large windows.

There's a shared outdoor area that people can sit out on.

Really good public transport links, multiple bus stops within a few mins walk from the flat, Waverley Train Station and Princes Street is just a 15 -20 mins walk away. Close to pubs, cafes and lots of shops as well as Holyrood Park.

Bills (electricity, gas, council tax, wifi) come to roughly £130/mo each, not included in the rent (£700). Council Tax is Band B.

Area has on-street permit parking available (Zone N6).

About Me

I'm a civil servant who's relatively chilled. Work from home a couple of times a week. Often out running or spending time with pals as I'm pretty sociable, but do like having my own space and will often go and have time by myself. Tend to be out looking for castles, hills, lochs or in an art gallery. Learning italian.

Tend to keep the flat clean and tidy - not really a party flat but have had one or two for special occasions, and sometimes have friends and family stay over (which you'd be welcome to as well).
