Cosy Double room in Duplex flat

We are two young professionals looking to welcome someone to our flat. We have very relaxed living conditions with plenty of shared space.
We have a drying room attached to the flat and a very comfy living space.
Ideally we would love for a youn professional also who wishes to stay for at least a year.
The Room is cosy and upstairs with a wardrobe and door to the drying room.
The kitchen and living room are downstairs.

We spend most the day out at work but are often but not always in to socialise, cook and relax. The living room is perfectly setup for this with TV and dvd player.

Your room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and decent amount of floor space.
