Cosy Double room in Duplex flat

We are two young professionals looking to welcome someone to our flat in the EH8 postcode. We are looking for someone to take over the lease date and move in from August 30th.

We have very relaxed living conditions with plenty of shared space. The room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and decent amount of floor space. The flat has a kitchen, living room, drying room and one shared bathroom.
Ideally we would love for a young professional who wishes to stay for at least a year.

The two existing flatmates work full time - one fully remotely, the other more flexibly between the office and working from home. We’re both quite active and enjoy running, cooking, socialising, volunteering (scouts) and exploring coffee and brunch spots.
