THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE DURING THE FESTIVAL AS PART OF A LONGER RENTAL PERIOD. THE FESTIVAL RENTAL (August 1-25) IS £1600 or £1750 for double occupancy which is about tge same price as a bunk in a shared hostel dorm.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom, shower room and WC ( 3 toilets), Currently 2 residents have set working hours.

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. )

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.
