The room itself is also en-suite, with a shared kitchen (including an iron, TV, fridge/freezer, toaster, and microwave).

The building is a stones throw from Arthurs Seat and has views of the Crags from the kitchen window.

If interested, it would be a case of taking over my current lease from now (negotiable) until the 26th of August 2024 at £228/week, and If you choose to extend your stay, you can renew your tenancy with Unite Students.
