Quiet central residence within 15 minutes walk of George Square, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. ) ( there is a heating supplement for room temp above 19/20degrees. The standard local indoor room temp is 19 degrees)

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.
